Some days we add it to coffee without the negative side effects of coffee, most days we have it pure with hot nut milk, and if we're feeling a bit naughty, a dash of honey to get the day started.
How do I use it?
Mix ½ tsp (2g) in warm water, tea, coffee, smoothies, or in cooking. Consume daily for maximum benefits, with or without food.
If you are sensitive to herbs, start with ¼ tsp. In time you can increase your intake according to your daily needs.
How often can I take it?
We treat it like coffee or tea, and might have it more than once a day.
